Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Add egg yolk and mix well.
  5. Gradually fold in dry ingredients.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough into 6 equal portions and flatten slightly.
  8. Place cookies in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  9. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden.
  10. Let cool before serving.
