Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove cauliflower and toss with buffalo sauce.
- Return to air fryer and cook for 2 more minutes to crisp.

- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Adjust buffalo sauce amount based on your spice preference.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
