- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into the pie dish.
- Arrange apple slices on top of the batter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the apples.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden and set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use a tart apple variety for best results.
- The pie will form layers as it bakes.
