- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and knead into dough.
- Cover dough and let rise for 1 hour.
- In another bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, artichokes, and garlic powder to make the filling.
- Divide dough into small balls. Flatten each and add a spoonful of filling.
- Seal the edges and shape into pretzels.
- Boil each pretzel in water with baking soda for 30 seconds.
- Bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

- Drain artichokes well to avoid soggy dough.
- Brush pretzels with melted butter after baking for extra flavor.
