Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, red pepper flakes, and garlic.
  2. Add sliced cucumbers to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, leave the cucumber skin on.
