- 3 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup giardiniera
- 4 Italian rolls
Instructions
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot and sear the beef on all sides.
- Add beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Shred the beef and return it to the broth.
- Slice the Italian rolls and dip them in the broth.
- Pile the shredded beef onto the rolls and top with giardiniera.
- Serve hot.

- Use a slow cooker for easier preparation.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra flavor, toast the rolls before dipping.
