- 1 ripe avocado

Instructions

- Mash the avocado and spread it evenly on the toast.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and fry the eggs to your preferred doneness.
- Place the cooked eggs on top of the avocado toast.
- Add the crispy bacon slices.
- Season with salt and pepper.
