Description

A simple and delicious breakfast dish combining crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and a perfectly cooked egg on toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Set aside on paper towels.
  2. Toast the bread until golden brown.
  3. Mash the avocado and spread it evenly on the toast.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and fry the eggs to your preferred doneness.
  5. Place the cooked eggs on top of the avocado toast.
  6. Add the crispy bacon slices.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
