Instructions
- Whisk pudding mix with milk until thick. Chill for 5 minutes.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers in coffee for 2 seconds, then layer in a dish.
- Spread half the pudding mixture over ladyfingers.
- Add banana slices in a single layer.
- Repeat with soaked ladyfingers, pudding, and bananas.
- Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm bananas to prevent mushiness.
- For alcohol-free version, replace coffee with strong espresso.
