- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add the shredded chicken to the sauce and stir until fully coated.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken.
- In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter.
- Sprinkle the buttered breadcrumbs over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

- Use rotisserie chicken for a quick prep.
