- 12 oz elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
- 1 lb ground beef, browned
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
- Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain fat and let cool.
- Combine cooked pasta, beef, bacon, cheese, onion, and pickles in large bowl.
- Whisk together BBQ sauce, mayo, mustard, and seasonings.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Add extra BBQ sauce if you prefer a saucier salad.
- Keeps well in fridge for up to 3 days.
