- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix chicken with BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Place tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread chicken mixture evenly over half of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top.
- Fold tortillas in half and press lightly.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook quesadillas for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
