- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix chicken, bacon, cheese, and BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Cut tortillas into small circles using a cookie cutter.
- Place filling on half of each tortilla circle.
- Fold tortillas over and press edges to seal.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked chicken for faster preparation.
- Adjust BBQ sauce amount to taste.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
