Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Spread BBQ sauce on one slice of bread.
- Layer shredded chicken and cheese on top.
- Place the second slice of bread on top.
- Butter the outside of both slices.
- Grill on a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken for convenience.
- Adjust BBQ sauce to taste.
- Add sliced onions or jalapeños for extra flavor.
