- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup special sauce (mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish)
- 1 package tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef with onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drain excess fat from beef.
- Layer beef in a baking dish.
- Spread special sauce over the beef.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Arrange tater tots evenly over the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tater tots are crispy.
- Top with shredded lettuce and diced pickles before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for beef.
- Add sesame seeds for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
