Description

Delicious cinnamon rolls infused with Biscoff cookie butter for a rich, spiced flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead into a dough.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  5. Spread Biscoff cookie butter evenly over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
  8. Slice into 12 equal pieces.
  9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
