Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine beef, pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix gently until just combined—do not overmix.

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook meatballs in batches, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through (about 8-10 minutes).
- Serve with pasta, marinara sauce, or in a sandwich.
