Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cooked chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir well.
- Add cooked macaroni, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese melts.
- Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top if desired.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce to taste for more or less heat.
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
