Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cooked chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir well.
  3. Add cooked macaroni, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese melts.
  4. Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top if desired.
  5. Serve hot.
