- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup apple chips for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, butter, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and cinnamon in a bowl until combined.
- Fold in diced apples and caramel sauce.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Frost each cookie and top with apple chips. Serve.
Notes
- Chill dough for 30 minutes if too sticky.
- Store frosted cookies in the fridge.
- Use firm apples like Granny Smith for better texture.
