Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 12 eggroll wrappers
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Place 2 tbsp of filling in the center of each eggroll wrapper.
  6. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly.
  7. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
  8. Fry eggrolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  9. Drain on paper towels before serving.

  • Use lean beef for less grease.
  • Serve with ketchup or ranch dressing for dipping.
