- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 12 eggroll wrappers
- 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until softened.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place 2 tbsp of filling in the center of each eggroll wrapper.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
- Fry eggrolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Use lean beef for less grease.
- Serve with ketchup or ranch dressing for dipping.
- Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes for a healthier option.
