- 2 cups shredded potatoes
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add shredded potatoes, onion, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown.
- Sprinkle cheese and bacon over the hash browns. Cover until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
