Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers.
  5. Place peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender.
  6. Serve hot.
