- 4 large bell peppers
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers.
- Place peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any color bell peppers you prefer.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
