- 500g boneless chicken thighs, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken slices with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- Warm tortilla wraps slightly.
- Spread tahini sauce on each wrap, then add chicken, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
- Roll tightly and serve.
Notes
- Marinate chicken longer for deeper flavor.
- Use beef bacon or turkey bacon if preferred.
- Adjust spices to taste.
