Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  4. In a bowl, mix parsley, garlic, oregano, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to make chimichurri sauce.
  5. Spoon chimichurri sauce over grilled chicken before serving.
