Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Add chia seeds and mix well to prevent clumping.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, stir and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Top with fresh fruit, nuts, or coconut flakes if desired.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a thicker pudding, add more chia seeds.
