Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
- Spread cherries evenly in the dish.
- Pour the batter over the cherries.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use fresh cherries for the best flavor.
- If using frozen cherries, thaw and drain them first.
