- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken thighs until browned, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
