- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled potatoes, onions, celery, and boiled eggs to the mixture.
- Gently toss until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add a splash of milk.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
