- 6 rice paper sheets
- 1 cup cooked ground meat (chicken, pork, or beef)
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Soak rice paper sheets in warm water for 10 seconds until soft.
- Mix ground meat, cabbage, carrots, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each rice paper sheet.
- Fold the edges over the filling to form a dumpling.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry dumplings for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.

- Use fresh rice paper for best results.
- Adjust filling ingredients based on preference.
