Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in shredded zucchini.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes (muffins) or 50-55 minutes (loaf).
  7. Let cool before serving.
