- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add the flour and sugar to the mashed bananas.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- If you don’t have self-rising flour, mix 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1.5 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
