Description

Easy banana bread made with just three ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  3. Add the flour and sugar to the mashed bananas.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor.
  • If you don’t have self-rising flour, mix 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1.5 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
