- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, brown sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, and salt until combined.
- Fold in chopped pecans.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the baking sheet.
- Press down the center of each cookie to create a small well.
- Fill each well with a small amount of corn syrup.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
