Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant pistachio pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
  3. Whisk pudding mixes with milk for 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
