- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant pistachio pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
- Whisk pudding mixes with milk for 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Chill the dessert overnight for firmer layers.
- Substitute with sugar-free pudding if preferred.
