  • 4 anchovy fillets, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, olives, capers, anchovies, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
