Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until golden. Pour into a baking dish, tilting to coat the bottom.
  3. Whisk eggs, condensed milk, coconut milk, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Pour mixture over caramelized sugar in the baking dish.
  5. Place the dish in a larger pan filled with hot water (water bath).
