- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, pickles, and ranch in a bowl.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Coat each ball in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil (375°F) for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- Chill the mixture before rolling for easier shaping.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Serve with extra ranch for dipping.
