Instructions
- Thaw lobster tails overnight in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top shell lengthwise with kitchen scissors.
- Loosen meat from shell and lift it slightly.
- Mix butter, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl.
- Brush mixture over lobster meat.
- Place lemon slices around tails.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque.
- Serve immediately.
