Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and rub to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and black pepper over the fish.
- Top with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the cooked fish and garnish with chopped parsley.
