Instructions

- In a separate bowl, mix milk, egg, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and shape into a 1-inch thick circle.
- Cut into 8 wedges and transfer to the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
