Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Coat chicken cubes with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
