Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and macadamia nuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Serve chilled.
