- 1 1/2 cups grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix zucchini, honey, coconut oil, egg, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
