Ingredients

- 1 cup elderberry syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp gelatin
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Combine elderberry syrup and water in a saucepan.
- Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Heat on low until gelatin dissolves completely.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey if using.
- Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Pop out gummies and store in an airtight container.

- Use silicone molds for easy removal.
- Adjust honey to taste preference.
- Refrigerate for longer shelf life.
