Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned.
- Mix BBQ sauce, honey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over chicken and stir to coat evenly.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve chicken over cooked rice.
