- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix water and cornstarch, pour into pan, and cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
- Substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
