Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Mix water and cornstarch, pour into pan, and cook until sauce thickens.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
