Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, 1 clove minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Brown meatballs on all sides, then transfer to a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
  7. In a small saucepan, combine honey, water, cornstarch, and remaining garlic.
  8. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  9. Coat meatballs with the sauce before serving.
