- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, 1 clove minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Brown meatballs on all sides, then transfer to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, water, cornstarch, and remaining garlic.
- Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Coat meatballs with the sauce before serving.
Notes
- Use lean ground turkey for a healthier option.
- Substitute almond flour for breadcrumbs if gluten-free.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
