- 500g mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Clean the mushrooms and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper.
- Toss the mushrooms in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread them on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.
Notes
- Use shiitake or button mushrooms for best results.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste.
- Serve as a side dish or appetizer.
