- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush each with olive oil.
- Spoon the glaze over the salmon, coating evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha to control spice level.
- For extra crispiness, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes.
- Serve with steamed rice or roasted vegetables.
