- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini, sliced
- 4 oz salami, diced
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Chop romaine lettuce and place in a large bowl.
- Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, black olives, and pepperoncini.
- Toss in salami and mozzarella.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
- Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
