- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Season both sides of each patty with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4-6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes if desired.
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.

- For a juicier burger, avoid overmixing the meat.
