- 500g ground beef
- 250g ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, and milk in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into 3cm balls.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides.
- Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with pasta or sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh breadcrumbs for better texture.
- Do not overmix the meatball mixture.
- Let meatballs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
